Greenz by Danube - Located in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), is a Sanctuary of Green Living for a green-centric community. It was designed for families and investors seeking luxury in a high-growth education and technology corridor. Greenz introduces a fresh concept of sustainable community living in Dubai.
Premium Amenities were designed for an exciting urban Lifestyle. With sport's clusters, beach lagoons, majestic parks, 2km running track, gym and wellness - we have designed this master comunity with Danube to promote environmentally responsible and wellness-focused living.
